One computer can't access wifi?
I have a wifi router running which gives my phone Internet fine. But my Mac does not have an Internet connection. It gets an ip in the same range as the phone, but No Internet access. I can't get access to the router or ping response from the router either. I can, however, ping the phone from the Mac.

Occasionally I get Internet for a second after rebooting the router. But it cuts out before even loading a complete Web page.

I have, of course, restarted both the router and the computer several times.

Regarding driver problems, this setup worked fine for several days before these problems suddenly appeared.

Unfortunately, some computer wireless adapters are not compatible with some routers. I had a similar problem with my old laptop when I installed a new router. Last week I uninstalled the drivers for the wireless adapter in the laptop and then reinstalled them. This fixed my problem.

I don't know whether you can do the same sort of thing with a Mac.

If the Mac will work with a USB WiFi dongle, you might try that as an alternative to using the Mac's normal WiFi adapter.

I hope this helps.
