Girl is thinking of killing or hurting herself?

Ok so my church young adult group has a Facebook page and so a new girl posts that she's new and says hi. So I added her on FB and we started talking and I noticed she's very afraid of coming to our bible study. She was very concerned with the number of people who come and she told me week after week she's coming, but never showed up. Then she asked me to be her roommate and then asked me to see a movie with her. I thought that was a little weird so I thought she's a Lez. So I took her off my friends list. She contacted one of my friends from church and asked why I deleted her, my friend didn't tell her the real reason, but found out she's not a lesbian. But she's very clingy and OVERLY dependent on you. She some how got my friends cell number and texted her 200 times. She is very shy and was bullied in high school, so she is really despite for friends, we want to be friends with her, but she doesn't get that all of our attention can't be on her 100% of the time. She told my friend she feels like killing or hurting herself now. I don't know what to do, I feel badly for her. Btw my friend is going to tell our pastor and he has met the girl before, he also agrees with everything we think. Any advice on what I should do on my part?

Don't get involved. Still be there for her, but let someone else sort this out, she isn't your responsibility.
