bad internet connection over time?
I used to get four bars on all of my devices throughout my home, and now, i can get a max of one and some of my devices can't even connect. Even if I hold the device right next to the router, I still only get one bar. I have a linksys WRT150N wireless home router.
We just got a new modem so I guarantee that it is the modem. and maybe it is just time for a new modem.
wow that sentence was atrocious We just got a new modem so I guarantee that it is the router. and maybe it is just time for a new one.

Well if you never messed with the setting then your router is going out.

Your modem could be getting viruses, try buying a new one and see if that helps. If it doesn't you can always return it!

Try logging into your router as admin by entering 192.168.1.1 into the internet explorer address bar on whichever device you are using and put each device on a separate WiFi channel to minimize interference.

If that does not work try calling your internet service provider have a polite rant and maybe you could get them to set it up correctly, send you a new modem or even reduce you subscription price.
I spoke to my ISP and they sent new modem and knocked £50 off the quarterly bill.
