HELP! Does she like me?

Okay here's the deal.
I like this girl that goes to school to school with me. She's seventeen. I am sixteen. She's short , I'm taller. She had been heartbroken. Many guys hit at her and got turned down.
HOW WE MEET :
I was attracted to her because she was cute but I didn't have to the guts to tell her in person. So I cowardly went home and DM her via twitter. She responded nicely and everything was going good from there

WHAT HAPPENED:
So I told her I liked her and she was like happy with a blush face.
So we talk a lot and stuff but she doesn't reply sometimes and when I tell her about it she gets angry. She says she is usually doing stuff. But I can see that she is on Whatsapp which is a bother. I prefer her to tell me what is really up. She says she likes talking to me and that we talk often and stuff and she will miss me if I lose my phone and stuff.
I need help. What can I do to increase my chances with her? What should I do to get her? If she interested?
I also told her ' suppose I was to say I liked you and wanted to be serious what would you say' she said you are really sweet but I would have to hang out with out more. SO I said summer and she said yep yep.
Can you give me advice? Should I give up?
she also didn't reply to my msgs since Sunday and I didn't msg her and she didn't msg me and I know she is using her phone. Is this a sign?

It sounds like she doesn't want to rush into anything. That doesn't mean you need to give up; just take it slow. Try to enjoy hanging out and being friends right now.

So, she doesn't respond to you right away because she is on another site or something? That's her business; she can do that if she wants. She was telling you the truth, wasn't she? She was doing something else.

You can't expect her to spend every second with you. If you do, she might get to feeling that you're pushing her too far, too fast. That might alienate her.

It sounds like she enjoys being with you. Just ease up a little bit, okay?
