That's a 4 month old Chinese owned site, it is rather new, some sort of middleman site. They do provide more contact information that 95% of the Chinese sites asked about here, and doesn't appear to be selling counterfeit goods, still I suggest you leave buying from China to experienced wholesale butyers. Pay a bit more to a more local dealer where you would have more legal recourse if things go wrong.

I could find no reviews or complaints from customers, which suggests to me it's probably a smaller operation than the vast catalog might suggest, one automated review gives a 90% rust rating, another suggests too earl to tell:

The same contact email is used for this inactive site registered under a different name: Suprape.org (they got that name wrong)

Chinese sites like this one are either scams or selling fake rubbish. You run the risk of paying out and getting nothing in return. Who can you contact when it all goes wrong? I would avoid it.
