Instagram problem help fast !!!?
hey guys ! i really need help with my instagram right now Sad Just now , i was trying to update my instagram bio , it logged out by itself . when I tried to log in again , i forgot my password so i decided to reset it . I clicked the "reset password" button but until now , I havent received the email yet Sad It happened one hour ago . Please help Sad its not deleted yet as my friends are still able to see my account . But i cant log in Sad HELP !!
I have checked all my folders , and I'm really sure that the email that i put on instagram is the correct one . But i still haven't received the email yet . Its been a day ! please help

Have you checked all folders of your email? Are you sure the email was right on the Instagram?
