Best way to remove ads from your internet browser?

Witch browser and addons should I use to remove ads and make browsing the internet easier?

Chrome with AdblockPlus and Better Popup blocker
Firefox with AdblockPlus

I use Chrome with AdBlock+, Adblockplus, etc. No ads but a few (I've only come across 2) sites won't let you view their page with an adblock installed and of these, they weren't essential sites and alternative sites were easily found which ended up being better. The best thing is they don't just block page ads but the annoying video ads on youtube they put on before they play the video as well.
