What do I do? My internet explorer's internet options refuses to let me click the Programs tab?
I have a windows 8 computer and needed to fix something with my internet. When I go to my internet explorer on my desktop and click the internet options and go to click the Programs tab, it disappears and I can't use it. Is there any way to fix it? I really need the help.

Uninstall or stop using Internet Explorer.

Download and install either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
