Wish to restrict specific users from all access to my profiles or accounts; How ? Thanks in advance.

Usually it's the other way around. You make them private and only allow specific users to see them.

Otherwise, nothing prevents your enemies to log out and create another account in order to access your content.

Also, by this point you should understand that anything you publish to the Internet is no longer secret or private, regardless of so-called “privacy settings”.
- Your enemies may infiltrate the servers.
- Your enemies may sniff your connection.
- Social engineering.
- etc.

You would really have to get a program that Restricts Users.
Something like.. 1st Security..
