What im going to do with Android?

SO i bought an android phone but i have no wifi in my house. and without internet there is no fun to use android. So i am getting a data connection on my android. Can i use 200 MB for 7 days. I didn't want to download much just browsing social sites and apps but can i use 200 MB for it bcoz my dad didn't giving me money i dont know why so i hav limitations so plz give me some suggestions.and there is no wifi around my house or near
okay so what about if i use 1GB then can i use this browsing apps download and social network for 30 days. plz suggestions

If you are use upto 3 hour internet a day just only for browsing a site may be it lasting a week otherwise it get down within a day or two days. Or you can set a data usage plane go to setting > > Data Usage then set.
