Everytime i satrt google this comes up "The application was unable to satrt correctly 0xc0000022?

Everytime i satrt google this comes up "The application was unable to satrt correctly 0xc0000022?
Ok so I love using Google Chrome, I will not go back to using IE. So every time I click on Google an error window appears saying "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). Click OK to close the application" I have searched everywhere and can't seem to find an answer. I have gone into safe mode and the program opens fine. Any help is much appreciated.
