the guy got angry and said that he will report me in cyber cell and track me and all

am i in trouble

I would say you are in a lot of trouble. Speaking as a computer programmer and security specialist, if you were the even request a skype call with me and i deny it, I could have you location within 5 miles in less than a minute. As for the truth, Seeming how this guy is a pervert and only spends his time wanking it, I would be too worried about him having the skills I have acquired. Just a little insight, if you want to have fun, find a rock and skip it across a lake or go for a bike ride. You would be surprised in the positive effects of nature on a person.
