Admissions of a former priest who is my friend on facebook? 24/:40?
Welcome again O christian , to start now:
The first printed text in the New Testament was by Erasmus in 1516.
Before that date a text was being saved in manuscripts copied by many clerks.
Today there are 4,700 of these manuscripts between scraps of papers , flakes of the skin and cloths
The texts of all these manuscripts are very different and we cannot believe that any of them survived without error.
. Christians cannot prove any prop How these manuscripts typed.
the pastor fring recognized and said apologetically:
"The loss of prop was because of calamities and tribulations upon Christians to period of a three hundred and thirteen years

six fifths Bible was Paul-made however Paul never saw Jesus Christ nor heard his words. - Paul who was a Jewish and persecutor of Christians, converted directly 180 degrees from persecutor to Messenger without any stage of belief, then He claimed that Christ came to him and said to him, get up and preach the Christianity.

Apparently your former priest fell asleep during the lectures covering where we got the New Testament...

There are three separate lines of evidence - Transmitted Manuscripts (MSS) are just one of those lines..The other two lines aer

1. Letters by early church leaders quoting the New Testament texts (dating from First and early Second Century)

2. Early version (translations) of the New Testament (Two in the First Century one in the early Second Century).

IF there were 0 MSS the entire New Testament could be reproduced from these two other lines of evidence.

Your argument therefore is rendered moot. This is why the only people who take 'textual criticism' seriously are textual critics and skeptics.. People who have actually taken the time to study where we got our present New Testament and examined the lines of evidence recognize textual criticism is nonsense.
