After getting the back glass replaced, my iPhone 4S rear camera is super cloudy and washed out?
I shattered my white iPhone 4S, then went to a highly recommended kiosk in my local mall that does iPhone glass repairs and color changes. I decided to get a color change from white to black, so my phone is now black, which I love, BUT now, my camera is SO cloudy and I know it's Because of the new lens that is on the new black glass on the back of my phone. My friend took the back off of my phone to see if the camera cover on the new phone glass was dirty, but it was like the lens was frosted! It would not clean! Should I take it back? I paid 110$ for it. This is an example of my picture quality. I just now took this picture. http://instagram.com/p/S3piR7RbrJ/

Hey Megan, (that's the name on your Instagram anway! ) The cloudy image is because this shop is sloppy and left a small piece of plastic that comes on the rear lens on the new back cover. There is one on the exterior that you can take off yourself using your fingernail and there is one on the inside that would require you to take the back of the phone off (get that same friend to help you again). If there is no plastic lens covering- then send it to us and we'll fix it at a severely discounted rate. Mention "Yahoo Answers" and your name.. Call XpressFix (our professional iPhone and Smartphone repair service). Also if there is no plastic covering I would want to know if it only happens when you have flash on. If that's the case then the new back has moved a little piece of rubber and is allowing the flash on the interior of the phone to leak light into the image capture giving it kind of a glare that appears in the photo I saw. That can be fixed easily as well.
