How do i change my Yahoo Avatar picture?

I know people have said to visit your profile page and click upload an image after you see the empty avatar but there is no option?!?! After i click "Change Picture" nothing happens and it only shows the Facebook icon that lets you connect your Facebook to yahoo and that's it. Like there's literally no option to upload my photos at all.

It's REALLLYYY bothering me and i really want to change it.

Any ideas as to why i can't?

The problem is that there is no option to upload a photo, like i'm hovering my mouse over the icon and it won't let me click anything to upload. I can't change my photo! That's the issue.

AVATAR or Profile Picture
At this time you can not upload a picture from a mobile device, perhaps that will change in the future.
For now profile changes must be made from a computer.
Go here , http://profile.yahoo.com top center put the arrow on your avatar or !, click change picture.
From there you can upload a Picture from your computer or import a picture from facebook. When finished click submit on the next page. Sometimes it dose not automatically go back to,

Yahoo Answers did away with their Avatar Maker.
If you want a custom avatar go to one of these sites and make a custom avatar, save it to your computer and upload it as a picture.

I could not add an avitar/picture while my profile was hidden.
Try making your profile public if it is hidden and it should work as described by others or Yahoo Help.
