freelancer - How do i know freelancer had signed the NDA?
Hello,

i am an employeer and i had posted a job in freelancer.com and enabled "Freelancers must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before placing a bid on this project." option. Now i have awarded the project to a freelancer. but how do i know he had signed the NDA? i did not see anything on our employer panel regarding this.

Please advise!

Its not a function of the site itself. This is an arrangement you have to make directly. My suggestion is to use Adobe Echo Sign. You can use the free tier so you won't have to pay for the services by doing a limited number of documents/contracts a month.

This has the advantage of a time stamp and being documented in the cloud rather than just having a physical copy. Meaning if necessary you have multiple verification methods and neither party can be accused of fabricating the paperwork or not consenting to it.
