How to these items from your computer.?

Recently I had a bad run in with a download. HOw do I remove:
-OpenDownloadManager
-gorillaprice
-This ugly 2002 Babylon Search looking mofo from Chrome.
^The above item always opens as Chrome. It has no name but a magnifying glass. It is not Google but some annoying spam.(pictured)
I REALLY WANT TO GET RID OF THESE ANNOYING PEICES OF CRAP.

Try these things (dont need to do all of them) 1 of them is bound do the trick

1.Inside crome SETTINGS change settings under ON STARTUP. there is a option of SET PAGES (highlighted blue) REMOVE all pages from it except your home page.

2. Look for a toolbar or something like that entry in INSTALLED PROGRAMS and remove it

3. If 1 and 2 didnt help only thing to do will be REINSTALL CROME
