My ps3 will not conect to the internet?

My ps3 will not conect to the internet?
I do it wiriles and wired and I run the test an it gets my IP but then hose fail on the internet connection part when yet I am on here right know so my internet is fine.

Reset your router and your modem. Your router should have a reset button on the back, your modem you can just unplug it, and plug it back in
