How do I remove everything that I can see in my "Download a copy of your Facebook data."

I want to clear all these chats and basically have everything fresh..

If I get employed by the Australian (Federal) Police will they look at this "facebook data"

How can I remove everything forever where there will be no trace of this facebook account? Is it possible?
