Can a person butt get sore from playing pool?

A person on facebook posted that their butt feel sore and a girl comment saying from playing pool. Jeez haha. Can a person butt really get sore from playing pool?

Yes. Actually When anyone stay in one position for long time, your bones actually press against the muscle and skin in your bottom. And when you play pool you have stand for a long time.

Sounds kinda odd to me. More likely to be sore would be the lower back I would think given all the bending down.

I had a sore & stiff back after 4 hrs of continous snooker.
