can i make a gambling website on wordpress?

I understand the licensing and that side of it.
I wanted to buy the domain and hosting on host gator and then install wordpress but hostgator has a policy against gambling websites.
I tried to buy domain and hosting directly through wordpress but for some reason it wouldn't work.
Are there any other websites that you can buy domain and hosting for a gambling website?

In order to host a gambling website you need a Dedicated server or at least a VPS.
