Google Chrome is unable to connect to internet?

Help with Google Chrome, whenever i try t browse my chrome says "resolving host" after a while it will say "unable to connect to internet. Pls help what do i need to do or not doing right?

If you use this google chrome before but now not work so cheek your internet line or try to virous web adds

I had this problem before and it's really annoying to use internet explorer
any way what fix my problem was a full Google chrome rest
first: you go to settings and in the search bar you write "cache"
second: clear browsing history (optional) and then "rest browser settings" (must)
and that should do it,
