Why does she ignore me but still speaks as if we're friends?

I met a girl a while back and now she no longer likes me. I said some stupid things and she ended up blocking me on twitter. I wanted to apologize so I added her on FB. If she accepted it, I would send her a message apologizing for my immature behavior. She didn't accept my first request but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and I sent another one (weeks later) in case she didn't have enough time to accept the first one. She didn't accept that one either.. but she didn't deny it.

I noticed that she changed her profile picture after I sent the requests and I thought that maybe she was trying to send hints.. Okay, I get it, you don't want to be friends.

Fast forward.. a friend of mine mentioned a picture she saw on Instagram of me and another friend. I wasn't aware that the photo was put on the internet but I went and checked it out. But next to the photo was a comment left by said girl saying "*Another* is my girl".. this was just two weeks ago! She didn't have to comment on the photo, let alone claim me as a friend..

Was she just trying to strike up a convo with the guy who posted the photo? Or did she temporarily forget that we weren't friends?

Hey greetings , man I do understand your problem , it was the same with me , my friend (wont mention her name ) she was and is one of my best friends , but she got involved in a relationship with a bad guy and I kept on warning her but she stopped listening to me , ultimately one day I bursted out and said that she was a bitch which made her feel bad about me and ultimatelyvended in the end of our friendship , but after some days I started noticing that she has liked my photos on Facebook and she started commenting , so I asked her that what did she wanted from me , she said that she wanted us to be friends again , so the moral of my story is that she maybe wants to talk to you and wants to patch up with you.
