What's wrong with my Internet?

So my Internet has been acting really stupid lately. It will be working fine, then suddenly it will crash and we have to unplug and restart the router. Sometimes it fixes itself and other times it doesn't. There have even been a few time when our wireless network disappears completely. This happens frequently, at least a few times a week if not a few times a day. It's very annoying and I can't figure out what to do. My dad called our Internet provider but they won't return our calls.

Finally if removes this problem you have setup WINDOWS 8 your pc. WINDOWS 8 is better for all kinds of internet. Or normally you remove you internet modem setting and install again.
