Makeup suggestions??????? (Pic included)?

I need some suggestions on what kind of makeup look would suit me, especially since my eyes are somewhat hooded and tiny it's really hard for me to find something that looks good. Can any of you suggest something (:

smokey eye, or pinky tones to make your eyes stand out. Try cream shadows eg maybeline colour tatoos (my fav) are shiny, very pigmented colours, but as you are saying your eyes are smalls you can simply just swipe them over your lid and it looks like you've spent way more time on your eye makeup than you actually have.
