There are several backlink reporting sites, results are different for each, since they work backwords from many but not all sites on the internet, the Yahoo Site Explorer provided daa to many of these services before it was shutdown. Even search engines provide a smaller sampling if backlinks I think Google link:somesite.com might do it. If your site is registered with webmaster tools you can get a more comprehensive report from Google on just that site.

opensiteexporer.org and backlinkwatch.com are a couple of services.
