Help unblocking restricted website?

I went to starbucks and connected to their wifi. While browsing on their internet connection i got restricted access to certain websites, such as TMZ. When i went home and I tried to access these websites, I get the same error message (that my access is restricted), which is crazy, because I was always able to access these websites with my home internet connection. I tried bypassing the access, by googling the website, and access less important links, but whenever i click the main link, like in this case, TMZ I get the same restricted access message. I also tried restarting the computer and deleting all my cookies. Any suggestions to removing this restricted access message?

Change the Primary and Secondary DNS that your computer looks at. This may work and it may not. You need to do this properly or it wont work. When you change the DNS Server you are changing where your PC or Router is looking of the domain.

Change it to Googles OpenDNS.
