Trademark Problem?

Need a help Guys,
I am starting an online magazine. I have a name in mind. But its been trademarked by a company as one of their product name.

My question is, If the name is "myname",Can i Buy a domain named "mynamemagazine" ? ("myname.com" already bought by the company). And name my website "myname" Or "my name"?
Is it illegal ?

A company using that name means,it will become a illegal problem...Do one think you add something with your name..Then it wont be a problem..All the best...!!!

Nope.

Here is an example:

The trademark name is Facebook, and if I registered http://www.facebooksucks.com then that's illegal.
