I'm planning to start a employment consulting business?

I was wondering how to go about it. Over these past 2-3 years, I have been reading, learning a lot about all the different career paths, qualities needed for them, writing impressive resumes, etc. I want to start as an employment consultant helping people decide their career, new career, get a job, improving career skills. For that, how do I start advertising my services since I have a job and I dont have an office. I was thinking giving ad on local classified sites, on facebook and maybe just standing on a busy road/area and asking people if they need any career help. what do you think about this approach and any suggestions would be great thanks!!!

If you are aiming at career counselling, an ad on local classified sites will do. But if you are looking at the greater pucture Human Resource Development, you will have to start big and you will need investments, contacts and tie-ups, which I suppose is not possible at this juncture.
