It is usually 2 hours after she makes them she deletes them. Another time she said something like "I hate it when there is a man you like and he doesn't notice you" she posted it then deleted it a few hours later. What does it mean?

Maybe she was embarrassed. I do not post statuses--especially about my "crush" or personal life in general.

She's posted it in the 'heat of the moment' and then when she's left the computer and though about it, she's probably realised it makes her look a bit silly or maybe she felt embarrassed by it and decided to delete it. Maybe people have messaged her on face book asking her about it and she's decided to delete so she doesn't have to explain to her friends exactly who she is talking about.
Or maybe she is just looking for attention and when she doesn't get it she deletes them and vice versa she deletes it because she may get too much attention. Maybe when she posted about her 'crush', she was doing it to see if he noticed and when he questioned her about it, she deleted it. It can be a test to see who responds and who doesn't.
Truth is, people like this post a lot of things that they later regret so they end up deleting a lot of what they originally posted.

It means she's an attention seeker and drama queen.
