How to make a blog popular?

Okay so i started up a blog a few days ago, and I have posted around six times already and have 89 views so far but my problem is that i have no followers.
i would really appreciate if someone would check it out, tell me where i've gone wrong and stuff you know? Or even just some ways or tips to making it more successful!

If you want to get followers you need to have a lot of unique visitors. In order to do that, you need to drive as much traffic as you can to your blog. There's a few different ways to do that. First, you need to insure that the posts you have are search engine optimized for the right keywords. You can read pretty much any SEO book for tips on this. Once you get all of your onsite attributes fixed, you need to do your off-site SEO work like link building. This can be hard, especially if you are competing against sites with teams of marketers. Another way to make your blog popular is by visiting other blogs and posting comments. When posting comments, it allows you to put your URL. I would suggest entering the words in a search engine - "dofollow blogs." There are several blogs that also let you write articles for them. This is also a good way to promote your site. Just keep in mind that it will take a while to generate some good traffic.

I checked your blog today and it is nice. I don't mean to be a critic, though have a small suggestion though, try to spilt your writing to sub topics/shorter sentences.
I totally agree with Carlos. The best way to drive traffic to your site is by getting more involved in conversations related to your industry. Also make sure your article titles are seo optimized and catchy. You can also submit your URL in reditt, stumbleupon directories.

Seriously, just like getting involved in conversations on social media, if you read something by a person who seems knowledgeable on a subject that you are not, wouldn't you think about checking out there blog to see what else you could learn?
