Should I tell him this?

I have a guy friend called Josh who I have been friends with now for a year and a half! We're both 19. He always gives me long tight hugs and stuff and now he just seems really distant! Like with other girls he'll send them love hearts and stuff on facebook and twitter! But he'll treat me differently by not replying to my dm on twitter! He would send everyone on his snapchat his pictures but he would purposely miss me out everytime and he wouldn't tag me in it. He kinda leaves me out and I feel as if he doesn't like me as a person anymore. I will be seeing him at our friends house party in a couple of weeks and I want to tell him about this and that I generally think he doesn't like me anymore. Should I say this to him or not? Is it weird if I say that?

It's possible he could be playing hard-to-get. If you guys have been friends for that long, I think you should be able to ask him personal questions like that. Its better to be honest with him and tell him how you feel than not.
