Chrome beta is the newer rendition of course, but it isn't stable.
Actually, the stable version isn't very stable either, and it has no support for add-ons, ad-blockers, or malicious website warnings like WOT.

better program can be said to be a better program by the user, how you cope with it, how you deal with it, and if you enjoy using it. But not everybody do the same thing.
