I started antibiotics for pyelonephritis, its been two weeks, things felt better, then today began having pain?

10 days ago I went to the ER and was diagnosed with a kidney infection due to uti, I've been on antibiotics since then and feeling much better. Today I woke up with intense pain around my kidney again, I went to the hospital when the pain was a 10, and it's at a 7 now. I'm concerned about when I was feeling better then today feeling bad again.
