Any apps that let you text for free without internet connection (iphone 4)?
Whatsapp,kik,viber and text free all need internet connection any apps that dont require the connection?

Every texting app requires internet connection, that is how the message is sent to another device. Sorry.

You need either cellular service or an internet connection to text.
