Facebook making me depress?
I wanted to delete facebook account but due to I have many friends and relatives in facebook and I use facebook to contact them therefore i didn't do so. The reason that I want to delete facebook is because broke up with my ex and everyday see her online in fb(I don't want to block her because that will show me not being a man) , and saw her with a guy(I am not sure whether is he her new boyfriend or just friend). Now I am abit of sad (i guess) and down. Am I being jealous or just sad? What should I do? I can even sleep at night.

I can't comment on your specific situation, but I can tell you that my life is much better without facebook. Deleted it years ago and never looked back.

Block her. I don't know why you think blocking her will make you less of a man, but that's ridiculous. She's your ex. There's no reason to keep her on your list. Get rid of her.

It's not Facebook that's making you depressed, YOU are making you depressed because you can't let go. If you're letting this make you so depressed that you can't sleep nights, you're taking Facebook way too seriously. Maybe you need to take a break from it after you block your ex.
