What about an Organic store like Amazon?
So recently I stumbled upon a business for sale. Its an Organic online store that sells products and produce from different companies like Amazon. The website sells allergy free foods, organic beauty products, organic drinks, eco-home Items, organic products for families, organic products for babies, organic products for pets, organic gifts, organic snacks, organic vitamins, and more. Since I am absolutely obsessed with Organic products/produce I was considering taking up this business opportunity and expanding to dominate the organic online market like amazon, however I am a hesitant because I don't know how the market would react, and the last thing I want is to own a unsuccessful business that has no hope in today's society. Do you think people would flock to this concept? Would you go to the website? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

When you say "Its an Organic online store that sells products and produce from different companies like Amazon" you basically mean to say that this business for sale is simply an affiliate company.

Affiliates are those that sell products from different companies and earns via commissions. They showcase products from various (or in some cases, a single merchant such as Amazon) web stores, and when buyers click to purchase the product, they are directed to the original merchant's website to finish the sale. So your business will not deal with inventory, order and fulfillment -- as those are handled by the original merchant

Some things to consider:

1 - Your store is not the first organic store on the web; there's a lot of them already

2 - What will make you stand out from the rest of the pack, including Amazon? Why will people buy from you instead of Amazon or stores such as ShopOrganic.com?

3 - How will you get targeted traffic to your site? Just because you have a website that is live on the Web doesn't mean that your targeted buyers will buy from you. How will you get the traffic you need?

Do more research. Browse the Web to see how your competitors look like. Then think of a plan of how to exceed and be better than the competitors.

Succeeding on the Web is not easy -- especially for an affiliate site. Google has cracked down on affiliate sites, especially those with thin content and offers nothing different from the original site (Google will show Amazon instead of your site for the same product)
