IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE EMAIL REGISTERED TO A TWITTER ACCOUNT WITHOUT LOGGING IN?

I opened a twitter account ages ago with a particular twitter account but then I didn't use that account for ages, then I realized it go hacked few days ago so I changed the password. Then I decided to log in today and turns out I need to reset my twitter password and the email account affiliated with that account has been deactivated and the username has been taken. The reset link keeps getting sent to an address that's gone. I can't log in.. So I'm wondering if its possible to change the address without logging in?
