https://twitter.com/CMPunk

I don't understand if this was legitimate, then why has he went to the distance of keeping his Twitter inactive? Surely he would've posted a picture or tweet about a hockey/baseball game, etc.I still call work.
& how's this; Phil Brooks owns the rights to the name "CM Punk".He can continue to use that name anywhere he wants to, but since he owns the rights to it, WWE would need his permission to even mention his name on television, or continue to sell his merchandise. Now, here's the fun part.Punk's technically still contracted/employed by WWE, which means they can continue to sell his merchandise, but Punk still gets his cut.

If they release Punk, they'd have to dispose of alot of his unsold merchandise, creating some form of loss, since he has in-demand merchandise. This is the reason they won't release Punk, because they don't wanna lose that profit that they can make off his remaining merchandise, even if he's breached his contract(since he owns the rights to the name "CM Punk").So if they release him, take it to court, Punk still owns the rights, so they'd still dispose of unsold merch.I believe Vince is trying to give Punk a chance to h

WTF, he isn't using his twitter account so you think it is a work, that just proves it isn't a work, come on, use your brain and stop with this wishful thinking that your hero Punk is coming back!

He has a contract with WWE, he left the company while under contract but he isn't going to get the big Wrestlemania pay off, or make anymore money, except maybe from merchandise sells which he gets a cut of! There are contracts, he can't go out of his way and rant about WWE on twitter, he can't do a lot of things otherwise he could get sued by the WWE!

If it was a work there would of been more stuff on twitter and television, not nothing, to build up to whatever it is leading to!

"Thanks for all the support. Keep being you guys, it's pretty cool."
Im starting to think its all a work because on RawChicago they finally acknowledged him and they even used his entrance and Heyman actually sat there for a while talking about him so I'm assuming he agreed to that. I just really hope he comes back....he's the best in the world.

He may have a "gag order" of sorts where he cant contractually talk about quitting WWE or the situation. He is still under contract but isnt working so hes in a weird circumstance where his lawyer has advised him not to speak publicly.
