Why did Amazon decline my debit card?

I ordered 2 copies of "The Help" and a pizza cookbook all on the same order, and a few days later I received an email saying that "The Help" had shipped, but the pizza cookbook order had been cancelled due to being out of stock...so I ordered from a different supplier and THIS time, I got an email saying my debit card had been declined for "card information I registered to amazon not matching my bank's information." This however doesn't make sense because I ordered "The Help" on the same debit card and it went through. What could be happening?

I think any guy who orders "ONE" copy of the Help should be declined. And you ordered TWO!
