Do you think eBay will side with me?
I ordered a cosplay costume on February 2nd and it was due on the 21st. The description said 10 days MAX until they started shipping it and they haven't even sent it. The company hasn't replied to memin a while, so do you think eBay would side with me in a case to get a refund?

No, they'll tell you to give it a few more days. It's only a few days over the delivery date and sometimes delivery delays are beyond the seller's control. This isn't a cause for a refund.
