Need help with FaceTime?!!!;(?

I use FaceTime its a Apple product... Video chat. And well my friend cannot connect what so ever and every time that I call it tries to connect then it says "call ended". But I can call everyone else in my contacts! But not my friend! This has been happening for a week.. and we have done everything to fix it :/ and Im running out of ideas to fix it. We have restarted our iPods, cleared the history, restarted the router, and even made new apple FaceTime accounts... and that does not really work... So any ideas what is happening? :< Plz and Thank you ! <<No Rude Comments or Answers Please :]>>

it will probobly be here internet connection in their house it does it to me all the time. to sort it out go onto
settings - internet conection - off - on - then their internet network.
if this doesnt work you should take it to a store to ask them.
