Does android have the same apps as apple?
Okay I may sound like a snotty teenager but I might get an android and I want the Galaxy S III. I want to make sure I can still get apps on the app store for apple such as instagram and and skype as such.

No . There are very few apps for android that apple also have . And androids apps suck. Android is more for business and stuff

Majority of the apps are the exact same yes, some just maybe exclusive to apple or some maybe exclusive to google play just think as it as xbox 360 and ps3. Both have same selection of games but also have their own exclusives for their consoles, similar applies to both phones really. I would say that is a good choice of a phone I'm happy with my sony ericsson xperia play but I know someone who recently purchased the samsung galaxy s3 and its a good quality.

Extra News:
Apparently Apple have tried to stop the sales of the Galaxy s3 phone because its too similar to their own design of their Iphone/ipod touch which it isn't. Just sounds like Apple are worrying that they may have a good contender in the smartphone market and their Iphone is perhaps starting to windle sales a little since their now on like the 6 model of the god damn thing.

They aren't all the same, because they are through different companies/different app stores. Some might be the same, though.
