I bought a new router but I can't get it to connect to the internet?
My new router won't give a green light for internet connection. My laptop connects to the router but when I get the routers details on my screen it says there is no IP address and it won't let me manually add one. Is it a faulty router ? I've followed all the instructions carefully but I still don't get a green light. Should I just return it for a replacement ?
Just to let you know, it was a dodgy router. I got my money back. Thank you for your help. Ads |

Call your ISP or it could be a faulty router.
