My browser is Google Chrome ....... I tried a lot of guides (anti - virus, reset settings, removing accretions etc.) and I can't delete it! I tried anti-virus and nothing .... can you help me? I'm going crazy with this virus

Download and install Malwarebytes Antimalware. Even the free/trial version is good. You can run it even on safe mode. Good luck.

Hmm... The Most Common Things To Do, To Disable The Virus Are As Follows:

On The Start Menu, Type:
%temp% And Hit Enter

Select Everything In Here, And Delete It- One Or Two Files May Not Delete, That's Ok!
Empty The Recycle Bin

Next, On The Start Menu Type:
msconfig And Then Enter

On The Very Last Tab It Should Say Startup,
Disable Anything You Don't Recognize Or That Sounds Sketchy.

From Here, Go To Control Panel- Programs And Features (Add/Remove Programs)
And Remove Everything That Looks Like A Search Bar Or That Says Search (Conduit) Etc.

Next, Run A Malware Scanner Like MalwareBytes:
https://www.malwarebytes.org

Next, Purchase Or Download A Trial Of An Anti-Virus Solution:
http://bitdefender.com/downloads/ (My Preference)

Just To Do A Secondary Check.

Lastly - Go Into Google Chrome - And On The Side Button (Looks Like Stacks Of Lines)
Go To Tools > Extensions And Disable/Delete Any Ones That You Don't Recognize

Hope This Helps!
