My Facebook won't let me sign on!!!?

It's been 3 days and my fb won't allow me to sign on. It all started when I tried to log on from my computer. Since I'm automatically signed in from my cell I forgot my password when it cee the time to log in into the computer. So I reset my password. It told me to create a new password and it will send a confirmation if I click a link. I did as told & it says everytime "sorry something went wrong try song later" I tried and tried and even sent a report but still it's not fixed. Any suggestions?

Give this a try, it may solve the problem.

1. Download the free version of CCleaner. The URL is below.
2. Run this program and then try to reset it. It sounds as if the issue is with in your browser.

If this doesn't solve the problem, try using Internet Explorer. Yea, I know... it sucks, however most web sites will always work with IE because most companies still force workers to use it. Ergo, they program it for that and then extend the program to other browsers.

One of these options SHOULD resolve the problem.
