Locking computer in Vista; Internet connection locked?
Silly question, but I don't suppose an active internet wired connection is disabled when you lock your computer. I am fairly certain this is not the case. Would I be right? Outside of shutting down, standby, or hibernate hard drives are probably still accessible.

Locking the computer does not lock your Internet connection or hard drive. Internet is still active and your hard drives are spinning and accessible.
