Internet drops every time, why?

I have this problem and not very happy about this.
I have steam and it never remember my password even I press "remember me".
I want to fix this issue so much because its annoying and ruin my free time.

That happens because your computer's security settings supersede browser security settings.
Check your computer security settings, or better said your operating system security settings and downgrade then to medium, or low. It should work after that.
