Good workout for 14 year old boy?
Hi, I'm 14, 5"11, 48kg. Wondering if anyone could help me with a good workout routine, weights, endurance and stuff like that. I can get access to most gym equipment.

As a boy you develop muscle and power much later than girls. Your ideal time to start weight training is only around age 17. So in the meantime do lots of body weight exercises and some other speed based work.
