I don't get what you're asking. You can post as many ads as you like, just as long they aren't duplicates or they'll be ghosted.

There is software that will allow you to do so. However, this is also the quickest way to having your Craigslist account closed. Especially if you are doing it in multiple cities. There are better ways to use SEO and drive traffic to your post.
